Health Insurance
The Town of Watertown offers the following health insurance options through the Group Insurance Commission at 80/20 contributions (20% of the premium is paid by the employee)
- Fallon Community Health Plan (HMO)
- Harvard Pilgrim Independence Plan (PPO)
- Naivgator by Tufts Health Plan (PPO)
- Neighborhood Health Plan (HMO)
- UniCare State Indemnity Plan - Basic
- Community Choice (PPO)
- Plus Plan (PPO)
The Town of Watertown also offers the following two dental options. The employee premium contribution is 100%:
- DMS Network
- Employee Coverage
- Employee + 1 Coverage
- Family Coverage
- GE Life Assurance Company (Union Fidelity)
- Employee Coverage
- Family Coverage
Upon hire, employees are eligible to participate in Basic Group Life Insurance and for the Section 125 (Premium Only Plan) as well.
