Mission Statement
The Science Task Force is made up 4th and 5th grade teachers from all three elementary schools as well as a 6th grade representative from the middle school. The focus of the task force is to support teachers on the implementation of the newly realigned grade level science outcomes. Our primary goal is to unify the science curriculum across all three elementary schools through the use of common materials, interactive technologies and the development of common assessments. As a task force we are currently in the process of researching science materials and interactive technologies that will best support our science outcomes.
