Program Information
The Watertown Public Schools Athletics Program is dedicated to promoting physical fitness for our young people. In addition to the regularly scheduled physical education classes, a comprehensive extracurricular program of sports is conducted during the entire school year.
Watertown competes in the Middlesex League. During the fall, there are teams in football, soccer, cross-country, field hockey, and golf. In the winter, there are ice hockey, basketball, wrestling and track teams. In the spring, there are baseball, outdoor track, softball, and tennis teams. All students are encouraged to participate in one or more of these athletic sports.

CONCUSSION INFORMATIONThe concussion information for athletes, parents and coaches can be found on the following website: www.nfhslearn.com (click on please login to order and under sign in here click register) Register, take the concussion course and print the certificate. If you have any problems call the athletic office at 617-926-7748. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTOrange clearance cards for fall athletic participation are due now in the athletic office. Cards may be picked up at the third floor of the Phillips School or the Main Office of the High School. Athletes cannot participate until orange cards are passed in and approved. Don't wait until the last minute. |
